The UBuild Construction All Risks insurance covers under one single policy all parties (principal, contractor and sub-contractors) involved in the construction project and consists of a number of coverage options which you can compose to your own needs;
Section 1 CONTRACT WORKS Accidental damage to the works and materials.
Section 2 THIRD PARTY LIABILITY Personal injuries or property damage to third parties. Section 3 SURROUNDING PROPERTY OF THE PRINCIPAL Physical damage to surrounding property of the principal.
Section 4 PERSONAL PROPERTY OF THE CONTRACTORS Physical loss or damage to the personal property situated at the contract work site belonging to the contractor.
Section 5 CONTRACTORS EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS Physical loss or damage to the equipment, machinery and tools situated at the contract work site belonging to the contractor.
You can choose from the following types of cover:
Single Project C.A.R. Insurance, where cover is granted for a one single project;
Continuous C.A.R. Insurance for contractors, where cover is granted for several declared works during the course of 12 months.
